We welcome real-world deployments, industrial case studies, experience reports, applied research, tools, demonstrations, emerging challenges, and lessons learned, including both successful approaches and challenges encountered in practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Milestone<\/th><th>Date<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Industry Paper Submission<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>September 16, 2026<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Notification of Acceptance<\/td><td>September 26, 2026<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Camera-Ready Submission<\/td><td>October 1, 2026<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>FPS 2026 Conference<\/td><td>October 13\u201316, 2026<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Topics of Interest<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Topics include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>AI for Cybersecurity and Security of AI<\/strong> \u2014 generative and agentic AI, AI-assisted security operations, adversarial AI, and secure AI deployment; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cyber Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and Incident Response<\/strong> \u2014 SOC automation, detection, response, and operational experiences; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Software and Software Supply-Chain Security<\/strong> \u2014 vulnerability detection and management, secure software development, DevSecOps, SBOMs, and third-party dependencies; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cloud, Edge, IoT, and Critical-Infrastructure Security<\/strong> \u2014 security and resilience of operational and industrial environments; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cyber Resilience and Digital Sovereignty<\/strong> \u2014 business continuity, recovery, critical infrastructure protection, and technology dependencies; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Privacy, Identity, and Data Protection<\/strong> \u2014 privacy engineering, identity and access management, zero trust, and privacy-enhancing technologies; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Applied Security Engineering<\/strong> \u2014 security architectures, tools, platforms, testing, monitoring, and deployment experiences; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance<\/strong> \u2014 regulatory challenges and organizational cybersecurity practices; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Human Factors and Usable Security<\/strong> \u2014 security awareness, user behavior, social engineering, human-centered security, and security education; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emerging Cybersecurity Challenges and Industry Needs<\/strong> \u2014 evolving threats, emerging technologies, real-world security challenges, industry priorities, and future cybersecurity needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Types of Contributions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We welcome practice-oriented contributions including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Industrial case studies and deployment experiences; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience and lessons-learned reports, including unsuccessful approaches and operational challenges; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applied research with clear industrial relevance; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security tools, platforms, prototypes, and demonstrations; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Position papers identifying emerging industry challenges and research needs; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluations conducted in real-world or operational environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submission Guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Industrial Track submissions must include <strong>at least one author with a non-academic affiliation<\/strong> and should report work motivated by, evaluated in, or applied to real-world industrial or operational settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Paper length:<\/strong> 4\u201310 pages, including references and appendices<br><strong>Language:<\/strong> English<br><strong>Format:<\/strong> Springer LNCS template<br><strong>Submission format:<\/strong> PDF<br><strong>Review:<\/strong> Double-blind<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submissions must not substantially overlap with work already published or simultaneously submitted to another venue with proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FPS 2026 is an <strong>in-person conference<\/strong>. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work on site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-fill\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=fps2026\">Submit via EasyChair<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Review and Publication<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submissions will be evaluated with emphasis on the <strong>practical value<\/strong> of the contribution as well as its technical quality.
